PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO A MINIMUM REQUIREMENT FOR CREDIT CARD SALES, THE INFORMATION PACKAGE IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO  E-ORDER  WITH A BOOK. 
IF YOU WANT JUST THE INFO PACKAGE AND APPLICATION, PLEASE USE THE "MAIL-IN APPLICATION FORM"

Clicking on the running dog, will move your selection to our secure order form.  You can then follow the instructions to fill in your credit card information and complete your request, or continue shopping.

Your order will be taken and a response sent automatically by our system. Your credit card, charges will not be processed until a person reviews your order. If you make an error, send us an Email as soon as possible, so we can correct it prior to processing your request.
