Dear Mommy:
Remember Birthdays? Well, this is a whole lot better. There are parcels wrapped in fancy paper for everyone. They are stacked neatly in a corner. Mom sat on the floor calling out names and giving a parcel to each person. Then they open the paper to see what is inside and they leave paper everywhere. What a mess! Good to play in. Mom called my name three times. I couldn't get into the paper so Andrew helped me out. Some guy named Santa brings all this the stuff in the night - funny I didn't see him!
Mom and Dad got news clothes and boots. I got a new stuffed toy, a chew bone, and a box of cookies for my own. Angus got the same. - I'll get those soon enough.
Once the presents are opened there is a feast of bacon and eggs - followed by candy, chips, crunchits, chocolate, coffee and soft drinks. I very discreetly helped myself to a little of each. After a sampling I decided I like those crunchits best and got caught having "more than my share" and it all got put in the kitchen - high out of reach.
Every time someone new comes to the door the feast begins again. This must be doggie heaven.
I hope this Christmas thing happens often.
Love
Foxy
