Dad is packing the car. He and Mom are going to Toronto for a few days. They are leaving me with the Kid and the Fur-Ball.

Is there a law against this? There should be! Will I get my food on time? Mixed right? Will I get out on time? What about the cookie supply? A walk? The cookie supply?

I'm really worried. Is Toronto near Florida? Shouldn't I go with them?
Do you have Chris and Lynda's number in case?

It's under control, kid. I'll be checking on you. Mom and Dad will be back before you know they've gone. Only 3 or 4 days. And I know they've left food and cookies, lot's of cookies. Don't worry, you wouldn't want to go, Toronto isn't that warm.
